Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Dealer AI Works website. Paid consulting services are governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. “Dealer AI Works,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website and provider of the services described here.
2. Website purpose
This site provides general information about dealership AI consulting, implementation, training, and related services. Website content is informational and may be changed, corrected, or removed at any time.
3. Consulting engagements
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or confidential relationship. Any paid engagement, deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations, and warranties will be defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or services agreement signed by the parties. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for the engagement.
4. No legal or compliance advice
Our materials and services are not legal, tax, accounting, employment, cybersecurity, or regulatory advice. AI use at a dealership may involve advertising, consumer protection, privacy, communications consent, credit, employment, franchise, OEM, and vendor requirements. You are responsible for obtaining qualified advice and approving your dealership’s policies, customer communications, data access, and technology use.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
Examples, benchmarks, use cases, and expected improvements are illustrative. Results depend on data quality, vendor access, employee adoption, market conditions, management decisions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee revenue, savings, gross profit, search placement, vendor performance, or any particular business result.
6. Acceptable use
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with site operation, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate another party’s rights.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s branding, design, copy, graphics, frameworks, and other content are owned by Dealer AI Works or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for internal evaluation. No other copying, publication, modification, sale, or commercial reuse is permitted without prior written consent.

References or links to third-party products, vendors, research, or websites do not constitute a warranty or endorsement. Third parties control their own products, availability, pricing, security, terms, and data practices. Your use of them is governed by their agreements.
9. Site availability and disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not promise that the site will always be current, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealer AI Works and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of this website. Our total liability for claims relating solely to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
11. Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
