The dealer-side AI operating partner
Make AI work
inside your
dealership.
We help dealer principals and GMs choose the right AI work, install it around the systems you already use, train the managers, and measure whether it sticks.
The market is moving
Dealers have AI.
The operating layer is missing.

The actual job
Not another AI demo.
A working process.
Buying a tool is one decision. Making it useful inside a real store is a different job. We connect leadership intent to the workflow, manager, policy, and number that make the change operational.
- 01
Find the leaks
Review the CRM, DMS, phones, website, vendor stack, reporting, and manager handoffs.
- 02
Choose the work
Rank opportunities by revenue impact, effort, data access, risk, and manager readiness.
- 03
Install the system
Build the workflow, prompts, automations, SOP, approval rules, and escalation path.
- 04
Train the store
Give managers and frontline teams clear responsibilities without turning them into prompt engineers.
- 05
Prove adoption
Track a baseline, operating KPI, usage, exceptions, and the next decision leadership needs to make.
The AI Ops Buildout
A complete AI operating layer,

Where we fit
Your vendors have a job.
So do we.
Dealer AI Works represents the dealership. We do not earn more when you buy a specific platform, add a license, or replace a system.
Clear boundaries
No black box.
No science project.
No hidden tool agenda
We do not resell software or accept vendor commissions for recommendations.
No rip-and-replace reflex
Your current stack is the starting point. Replacement requires a business case.
No ownerless workflow
Nothing launches without a named manager, clear exceptions, and an inspection rhythm.
No invented ROI
We baseline what the store can verify and report the result without manufacturing a case study.
Before the call
Straight answers for dealership leadership.
The right engagement should make the store simpler, not add a parallel universe of dashboards and meetings.
01Do you sell an AI platform?
No. Dealer AI Works is the dealer-side implementation partner. We evaluate the tools you already have, recommend what fits, and help the store make the system work. Software and usage fees are separate and paid directly to vendors.
02Will this replace our CRM, DMS, or current vendors?
Not by default. Rip-and-replace projects slow down adoption. We start with your current stack and make an explicit keep, fix, consolidate, replace, or renegotiate recommendation for each relevant tool.
03What can we realistically implement in 90 days?
Most single-store engagements cover up to four defined workflows across as many as three departments. The exact work depends on data access, vendor permissions, compliance review, and the capacity of the managers who will own it.
04Does AI communicate directly with customers?
Only where the dealership approves it and the workflow has clear consent, accuracy, escalation, and human-approval rules. Some of the best early wins are internal manager tools that never communicate with a customer.
05Can you work with a dealer group?
Yes. Group work begins with a shared operating standard, then pilots at selected rooftops before broader rollout. Pricing depends on rooftops, departments, integrations, travel, and the level of centralized support.
06Do you guarantee revenue or AI-search rankings?
No. We baseline the process, define measurable operating outcomes, and report what changed. We do not invent projections, guarantee gross, or promise placement inside third-party AI systems.
Start with the store
Find the first AI move worth making.
Tell us where the operation is leaking time, appointments, revenue, or visibility. We will tell you whether an operating review, buildout, or no project is the honest next step.
Best fit: a dealer principal, GM, or group executive is involved.
Best fit: the store can assign a manager to own the work.
Not a fit: you want a magic tool or guaranteed gross.
